Free Work in Progress (WIP) Printable from Karla’s Making It

Hi there Knitters and Crocheters,

Guess What? I made a WIP printable for you!!!

I have a problem! Seriously! Maybe you have it too? Crochet (and knitting) ADHD. I start a project and then I see another stitch, or square, or afghan that I want and put my current WIP down to start a new one. I do this all the time! I think I have 8 projects going on at the moment! There may even be more! Yikes!

The problem is, sometime, when I go to pick up my previous project, I forget which hook I was using. Or I go to look for the pattern, only to realize I haven’t a clue where I saved it – Pinterest? Ravelry? In my documents folder? On my phone? UGH!! Please tell me you do this too!

Well, if you have this problem too I have created a WIP Printable for us to keep track of all those PROJECTS! Yayyy!! I hope you find this as useful as I do!!

Here’s what it looks like. You can click the PDF link below the image to print out your own WIP Printable.

How many projects do you have going at any one time? How do you keep all your WIPs straight?

Hope this helps everyone!!

Make it a Beautiful Day,

  1. This is a fabulous idea! I have the same issue, so the closet in my sewing/craft room is full of yarn. I have a file drawer full of patterns. I try to keep organized by putting each project in a large ziplock bag with all the supplies. However, I am also fickle – I will buy yarn for a project, and then see a new/different pattern that looks better. I LOVE yarn!

  2. This is fantastic!!! Thank you so much! I am somewhat new to all this and I’m on overkill! Lots of projects unfinished and not sure where I was! Thank you so much for sharing. This is great. Can also attach a pic of finished project so if I want to make another one, I have all the info at hand. Thanks again!!!!!
